Loyalty reimagined

Velocity is the customer loyalty program of Virgin Australia. In 2016 we were tasked to create a brand that is true to Virgin global's challenger spirit while maintaining the premium edge of Virgin Australia's upmarket offer. New imagery, a distinct graphic style and a fresh tone of voice bring to life Velocity’s core values – making the brand experience more human, genuine, refreshingly different and meaningful for members.

Part of the rebrand is the whole member experience including welcome packs, member cards, brochures, luggage tags, maintain-packs and letters. We also created a sleek, premium experience for Velocity Platinum and Gold members. In 2018 we evolved the brand, directed the relaunch of the app and added a unique illustration style.
